Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Let’s Play Darts Apparel.

Made to order

Our clothing is printed to order. Most orders are produced within approximately 2–5 business days before being dispatched. During particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service available for your order. The available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Production time and shipping time are separate, so your estimated delivery time includes the time required to produce your item plus delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

International shipping

We ship to the UK and many international destinations. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple-item orders

Occasionally, items within the same order may be produced or dispatched from different fulfilment locations. This means your order may arrive in more than one package.

Delivery delays

Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur because of carriers, customs, weather, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the address.

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the issue. We will investigate and work to resolve the problem.
