We want you to be happy with your Let’s Play Darts Apparel order.
Changing your mind
For most products purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item.
To request a return, contact us at letsplaydartslpd@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.
Returned items should be unworn, unused and in the condition in which they were received. You may inspect and try on clothing in the same way you would in a shop.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
If your return is accepted, we will refund the product price and the cost of our standard delivery option where required. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or is otherwise not as described, please contact us at letsplaydartslpd@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue where possible. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other solution.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations before fulfilment
If you wish to cancel or change an order before it has entered production, contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are printed to order, fulfilment can begin quickly and we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once production has started.
Personalised products
Where we offer genuinely personalised or custom-made products created specifically to a customer's individual requirements, different cancellation rights may apply. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
